Videographer / Camera Op IN Hamburg,Germany

March 12-13

Film multiple focus group sessions across two consecutive days. Single-camera on sticks, following the conversation, clean audio, minimal footprint.

Looking for someone local to Hamburg who can bring a calm, professional demeanor to a research setting, and is comfortable working with both corporate clients and everyday participants. Someone who is present and on it, without being distracting. And has a simple (yet professional) unobtrusive filmmaking kit.

Equipment Requirements - you providE:

  • Stable steady - fluid head tripod

  • Compact/professional camera with XLR audio inputs

  • Video camera with the ability to record 4K and run continuous  for ~2 hours (recording to solid-state media)

    • Camera size ideally Sony FX6 or smaller (to avoid intimidating participants)

    • Examples of suitable cameras (modern list):

      • Sony: FX6, FX3, FX30, FS7/FS5, PXW-Z90 / Z190 / Z280

      • Canon: C70, C200/C300 series, XF605, XA series (pro models)

      • Panasonic: EVA1, S1H/S5II (with XLR adapter), AG-CX series

      • (Equivalent professional cameras are welcome — the key is 4K + reliable long-recording + pro audio + contained size)

  • Audio: Let us know if you have multiple wired/wireless lavs suitable for table top? Or boundary mics? Or another tabletop mic setup? Not required but very helpful.

Budget / Rate guideline: €900/day (guideline), plus VAT if applicable, negotiable based on experience and kit, plus any agreed expenses. More depending on schedule.
